2008 marks the 40th Anniversary of 9-1-1, and NENA wants you to be part of the celebration! Much has changed since that first call was placed on February 16, 1968, and our 27th NENA Annual 9-1-1 Conference and Trade Show will be a tribute to all we have accomplished since that day in Haleyville, AL, as well as a showcase for our vision of the future of emergency communications. Every year NENA works to bring industry professionals the best in education, inspiration and networking, and this year will be no exception when more than 2,000 of us come together from all corners of North America (and beyond!) in beautiful Tampa, FL.
